All Scapes by Elizabeth scarves are carefully handcrafted in Italy using 100% silk twill and inspected prior to shipment. All items are sold as final sale. All orders are considered final once production has commenced. Full payment is due prior to the start of production. Any concerns will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Scapes by Elizabeth. Scapes by Elizabeth is not responsible for any damage or issues, including but not limited to normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from use.

Please note that due to the nature of the printing process, slight variations may occur between the digital sample and the final printed scarf. Scapes by Elizabeth is not responsible for any minor differences in color, placement, or appearance.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and typically include 5–6 weeks for production followed by 1–2 weeks for shipping. All production and shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Scapes By Elizabeth is not responsible for delays in production, shipping, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. For orders associated with weddings, events, or specific deadlines, the customer assumes full responsibility for placing the order with sufficient lead time, and Scapes By Elizabeth shall not be liable if delivery occurs after the requested or event date. Once an order leaves our care and is accepted by the shipping carrier, all risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the customer, and Scapes By Elizabeth bears no responsibility for issues occurring thereafter.
