Terms & Conditions

Each Scapes by Elizabeth custom piece is designed by hand and crafted in Italy from 100% silk twill, then carefully inspected before it ships. Because every custom design is created specifically for you, we ask that you review and approve your final design before production begins. Once approved, your order moves into production and is considered final — it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Full payment is due prior to the start of production. Please note that due to the nature of the silk printing process, slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur between your approved digital design and the final printed piece — this is a natural part of handcrafted silk production, not a defect.

Due to the delicate nature of our silk and the personalized nature of every custom order, all custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, or use after delivery. Any concerns regarding your order will be reviewed by Scapes by Elizabeth on a case-by-case basis.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and typically include 5–6 weeks for production and 1–2 weeks for shipping. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Scapes by Elizabeth is not responsible for delays caused by production, shipping, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. For orders tied to a wedding, event, or specific deadline, we recommend placing your order with ample lead time. Scapes by Elizabeth cannot be held responsible if delivery occurs after a requested date. Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, all risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the customer.
