One of our favorite custom silk twillies was created for a woman's birthday celebration.
Rather than focusing on a single theme, the design was built around the things she loved most. Hand-drawn illustrations featured her favorite shoes and fashion accessories, a hotel she loved visiting on vacation, beloved restaurants and streets throughout New York City, and even her favorite tequila bottle.
The result was a playful and highly personal design that reflected her personality through a collection of meaningful details.
Celebrating a Lifetime of Memories
Another custom scarf was created for a woman's 50th birthday celebration in Palm Beach.
The client wanted the scarf to feel elegant, personal, and connected to the destination where the event was taking place. The design incorporated some of her favorite Palm Beach landmarks along with homes that held special memories throughout her life.
Given to guests as a custom event favor, the scarf told the story of the places, memories, and experiences that helped shape her journey.
Designed Around a Personal Story
One of our custom silk twillies was created for a bridal shower celebration and filled with details that reflected the bride's life and experiences.
Hand-drawn tropical flowers, seashells inspired by her Miami upbringing, pineapples representing one of her favorite vacation destinations in Hawaii, tropical animals, and even an elephant honoring her college mascot were woven throughout the design. Her initials, her fiancé's initials, and their wedding date were thoughtfully incorporated into the artwork.
It's one of our favorite examples of how even the smallest details can help tell a much larger story.
